Wisconsin Barns: Stories in Wood and Stone
This one-hour documentary is part of Wisconsin Public Television's Reel to Real program. It invites us to celebrate the rich history of barn architecture in Wisconsin as well as the stories about life on the farm in our state's early years. The film also looks at what people today are doing to preserve and restore some of our valuable rural treasures.
After the film, Kim Tschudy of the Green County Historical Society will provide an update on the Barn Inventory project, and facilitate a discussion about the importance of our local barns. Come share your story!
